Finca Irlanda is located in southern Chiapas Mexico, just north of Tapachula. Finca Irlanda was the first farm in the world to begin its Organic Certification in 1962 and exported its first Organic coffees in 1967. Other certifications include NOP, EU, and MX. Finca Irlanda places a large focus on giving back to its community through the Peters Foundation which provides schooling and balanced meals to all 60 children who attend. This allows both mom and dad to work every day, doubling the families typical income.
